3 simple steps to get your questions answered

  • Clinical Interview

    1-2 hours of information gathering with your clinician to better prepare a unique series of tests to help answer your questions.  

  • Test Administration

    Your clinician will go through various tests and questionnaire with you, either in-person or virtually.

  • Feedback Session

    Meet with your clinician to review the comprehensive report, discuss the results, and ask questions. You'll receive a copy of the report afterwards.

  • We offer testing to clients age 6 to 65.

  • All testing tools are in English. For test validity, conversational English is required

    We have in-depth knowledge about immigrant experiences and ESL backgrounds. We provide affirming practice to folx who use English as a second language.

  • Clinical Interview (in-person or virtual)

    After completing of intake paperwork, you will meet with your clinician for a clinical interview. Depending on your goals for testing, the clinical interview can range from 1 to 2 hours. Your clinician will gather information about you or your child's symptoms, struggles, strengths, history. This will help the clinician better understand your concern and prepare a series of tests that works best for you or your child.

    Test Administration, Scoring, and Writing

    For test administration, we use questionnaires, interactive measures, self-complete measures, and information gathering from people who have close observations of you or your child to help us paint a comprehensive picture of the functioning, strengths, and weaknesses. After the testing, your clinician will spend time scoring the measures, reviewing the results and information gathered, and writing a comprehensive report on the questions you’d like an answer through assessment.

    Feedback (in-person or virtual)

    Once your clinician finalizes the report, we will contact you to schedule a feedback session. During this 55-minute session, your clinician will walk you through the results, share you or your child's strengths and weaknesses, answer the questions you have for the testing, and make recommendations according to the results. You can ask any questions you have during the feedback session and will have access to a copy of the final report afterwards.

  • We provide superbills by the end of the assessment process to help you utilize your out-of-network benefits. Here are 3 ways to better understand if and how much your insurance plan will help cover the testing.
